Frequently Asked Questions
How long does approval take?
All bookings are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once approved.
When do I pay the deposit?
A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of approval. Late deposits will not be accepted and a new booking will be required.
Can I choose any movie?
You can choose from any Currently Showing or Coming Soon titles depending on if the movie is released by your booking date. Movies from the last 3 months are also subject to availability.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free if requested more than 2 days before your event date. Changes made within 2 days of your event date incur a 15% deposit fee, and requests made within 24 hours incur a 25% fee. No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
Can I bring food and drinks?
No outside food or drinks. Food pre-orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance. Cake and alcohol corkage are available as add-ons for $150 and $175 respectively.
What auditorium should I choose?
Choose the auditorium that best fits your group size — we recommend selecting the smallest room that comfortably accommodates your guests. For example, if you have 20 guests, the Topaz (25 seats) is a better fit than the Azure (30 seats). A smaller, fuller room creates a much more immersive experience than a larger, half-empty one.
What if my party is larger than 30 people for One Woodbrook Place?
